Library Closure

In keeping with the new restrictions announced by the Alberta Government, Longview Library has been closed to the public, since Tuesday, December 15th.
Van deliveries have continued on a regular basis, however books arriving in Longview on Tuesdays can not be picked up until the following week after they have been quarantined for the required 72 hours (minimum) as laid out by Public Library Services Branch.

Family and Community Support Services (FCSS) is a partnership between the Province and the Village of Longview that develops, coordinates, and provides Foothills residents with a variety of preventive social programs. It enhances the social well being of individuals, families and communities through the provision of funding to non-profit community based programs that meet the requirements of the Provincial FCSS Act and Regulation.
